Spesifikasi Pekerjaan

Complete data entry daily
Coordinate travel for field employee and management on various rosters (Domestic and International)
Generate purchase orders and receipt as required
Submit new supplier forms and amend current supplier records on workflow gen
Oversee and maintain administration mailboxed - Reception, Purchasing, and Travel
Crease sales orders within Oracle as per incoming daily reports and tracking sheets
Process creditors invoices for payment and reconcile Creditor Statements
Run weekly reports and distribute as required
Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met
At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
Be compliant to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures

Syarat

Fluent in English
Ability to follow instructions verbally and written
Organisational Skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
