Coordinate warehouse members on daily activities

-  To ensure the inventory system runs properly as to keep smoothness on parts supply

• To ensure the smoothness parts receiving activity and its supply to factory
• Controlling inventory level
• Reporting periodical inventory and all aspect related to A/V
• Carry out interdepartmental coordination and communication for smooth production operation
• Monitor and control implementation of ISO 9000 procedures
• identify and control aspect and impact and emergency risk of ISO 14000 implementation
• Control 5S implementation
• Carry out any assignment directly given by superior

• High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
• Ability to prioritize own workload.
• Strong communication skills.
• Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and JDE / Oracle system
• An administrative or sales background.
• Must be detail oriented
• Keen to work with Data (excel)
• D3 /S1 Background from any major
