Job Description

• Keyword optimization: Unlock untapped order potential by improving success rate of popular search keyword terms
• Shop optimization: Boost visibility of shops by supporting the tagging to show up in search & autocomplete
• Dynamic filters & product tagging: QC product tagging when needed and support the building of dynamic filters
• Monitor search overall progress: improvement initiatives & experiments
  • Analyze existing experiments and come up with go/no-go decisions
  • Eye test
• Define rules & SOP for different tribes

Minimum Qualifications

• Familiar with Intools and good with excel
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
